In our Songwriting class, kids will learn how to channel their energy to create songs expressing their thoughts and feelings by fusing music appreciation and theory with storytelling. Students will learn the fundamentals of what goes into a song, including how to structure a song, song ideas and inspiration, coming up with lyrics, editing and re-writing, and creating a melody.
