SHĀHERI is a Los Angeles–based musical project where Persian heritage meets psychedelic rock, cinematic groove, and modern guitar-driven sound. Led by Emmy Award–winning composer Jonathan Shaheri, the project draws inspiration from pre-revolutionary Iranian legends like Kourosh Yaghmaei and Googoosh, reframing those influences through a contemporary lens shaped in Los Angeles.
