The first night belongs to SHADES, the collaborative project of Alix Perez and EPROM, two highly respected producers whose individual backgrounds in drum & bass, experimental electronic music and bass collide in a project built around intricate sound design, massive low end and unconventional production. Joining them is SHLUMP, the Bay Area producer behind his self-described “Alien Bass” sound.
