Baroque specialist Jane Glover returns to Cleveland for a regal program framed by rousing suites from Handel’s Water Music and Music for the Royal Fireworks. The pyrotechnics begin with Britten’s shimmering song cycle Les Illuminations, featuring soprano Julia Bullock in her TCO debut, and Stacy Garrop’s Spectacle of Light completes the program.
