This course is for those who would like to explore botanical subjects through painting, encouraging each individual artist’s creativity and intentionality. Led by instructor Peter Broz, the project-based class covers technical considerations such as brushwork, painting mediums, color theory, and design. Students will primarily work from printed reference material and still life subjects using acrylic or oil paints.
