Orchestra Noir, the acclaimed all-Black orchestra, returns with Culture 2000 Tour II - an all-new production celebrating the biggest Hip-Hop and R&B hits of the early and late 2000s. Under the direction of Maestro Jason Ikeem Rodgers, the production transforms club anthems, radio hits, R&B slow jams, and Southern classics into something reimagined by blending the power of a live orchestra with the energy of the 2000s.
