The Gardiner Foundation Great Hall Forum presents the New York-stage premieres of two short operas, Trials and Tears and Sacajawea: Women of Many Names, both by Grammy-nominated cellist-composer of Mohawk descent Dawn Avery. The evening features original video design by Kate Freer and music direction by Danielle Olana Jagelski.
