Boston native and Cape Cod transplant Mary Crocker Fassett (1915 - 2016) was a self-taught artist who worked in various mediums including drawings, paintings, ceramics, and sculptural materials for some 80 years. Her work was inspired by the great Renaissance painters and includes portraits and macabre scenes reminiscent of Bosch and Bruegel.
