A site-specific installation by Maren Hassinger featuring Monument (Pyramid), a ten-foot-tall sculpture built collaboratively using fallen branches from the Garden’s Mather Redwood Grove. Since the early 1970s, Hassinger has worked across sculpture, performance, video, and installation to illuminate the deeply interconnected relationships between humans and the natural world.
