Kiefer is a musician who has redefined the space between jazz improvisation and hip-hop beat-making, recently releasing his solo debut Memory Bomb for Blue Note Records. Shibo is the solo project of bassist and producer Erik Shiboski, a longtime friend and collaborator of Kiefer who serves as a co-producer on his upcoming album.
