Marilyn A. Johnson is the author of three non-fiction books, including the NY Times bestseller The Dead Beat and Lives in Ruins. She has been publishing poems in literary magazines since she was 14, with recent work appearing in UCity Review, Pedestal, Plume, and The Provincetown Independent.
