Father Erickson will explore and describe several instances of contemporary scenes and themes in modern motion pictures that grapple with truths either explicitly Christian or that can serve as a preamble to faith. The session, titled “What Does Jesus Have to do with Squid Game?: Christian Themes in Current Film and Television," examines how great secular art can serve as a compelling summons to the modern heart to turn to the Lord.
