Multi-instrumentalist Carl Fischer, a member of Billy Joel’s band since 2005, leads the Sunshine City Brass featuring Jeff Rupert. Formed in 2020, Sunshine City Brass offers a jazz journey blending northern and southern grooves, channeling the sound and spontaneity of New Orleans through Fischer’s signature musicianship and an infectious live energy.
