Each summer we “visit” various regions throughout the U.S. with special menus exploring the cuisine, flavors and culinary identities of each region; and we also “visit” two international destinations! Each road trip menu runs for approximately three weeks, and features a five-course prix fixe dinner with beverage pairings highlighting the menu.
