This aerial silks class develops skills on aerial fabrics through a progressive curriculum tailored to each student’s experience level. Beginners will learn foundational techniques including basic climbs, locks, and supported inversions, while more experienced students will build on solid single and double footlocks, unsupported inversions, and hand supports to progress into hip keys, compound inversion skills, and unlocked skills.
